Knee Pain on the Reformer: A Practical Workshop IN VINCENTIA, JERVIS BAY

• Reformer studio (upstairs) | Monday 10 Aug • 11:00 am - 12:15 pm AEST

Knee pain is common. This workshop is about helping you move through your reformer classes with more confidence, not less.

We'll cover what's actually happening when a knee feels sore during exercise, why it's rarely just about the knee itself, and how small changes to your setup can make a big difference. Then we'll get on the reformer together and work through the exercises you already know from class — footwork, lunges, bridging, single-leg work — and breakdown how to do the exercises well, so you leave knowing exactly what to adjust and why.

This session is practical, not theoretical. You'll try things yourself, ask questions specific to your own body, and walk away with some ideas on how to improve your form for your next class.
