  • No referral is needed. Feel free to book directly online

  • Yes. We assess your loading tolerance, exercise history, and movement, then build a progressive resistance and loading programme that's safe and appropriate for you.

  • It's common — but it's not something you have to live with. Pelvic floor changes after menopause are common. Book an assessment and we can address the issue with a plan.

  • Never! Strength, bone health, and pelvic floor function all respond to the right care at any stage. There's no window that closes. The best time to start is now — wherever you're starting from.

  • For women managing pain, pelvic floor symptoms, or significant changes in strength, we recommend starting with an assessment. For women who are well and looking for the right kind of strength work, you can come straight into our group classes — get in touch and we'll point you in the right direction.
