Yes, absolutely — when it’s guided and adapted to your stage of pregnancy. Our pre-natal Pilates classes and individual programs are designed to keep you strong and safe, with modifications as needed throughout each trimester.

Yes — we welcome pregnant clients in our pre-natal Pilates classes and Clinical Pilates classes, provided we’ve assessed you first to ensure the program is right for your needs. We also offer 1:1 sessions for more specific guidance.

Yes, we offer a full postnatal check and ongoing support for recovery, return to exercise, and pelvic floor care after birth. You don’t need to wait until your six-week check to get started — we’re here whenever you’re ready.
