01

BUILD THE FOUNDATIONS

Your first class with us should be one of our Align classes. Whether you chose mat or reformer, our Align class will build the foundations — technique, control, and learning to move well. No experience needed.

02

Progress when you're ready

Once you have mastered the foundations, our Flow classes add load and challenge. We'll let you know when you're ready to make the move.

Group classes frequently asked questions

  • No experience needed. Our Align classes are specifically designed as a starting point — we teach you the foundations from day one.

  • Reformer Pilates uses the reformer machine to add resistance and support movement. Mat Pilates is floor-based, using your own bodyweight plus props. Both are work on strength, mobility and body awareness. If you're not sure which to try first, our intro offer lets you experience both over 14 days.

  • Align is where everyone starts — it focuses on technique, control, and learning to move well before adding load. Flow classes are our intermediate classes that build on that foundation with progressive challenge and more dynamic movement. We'll let you know when you're ready to make the move from Align to Flow.

  • Yes. Our classes are designed for women at every starting point — including those returning to exercise after a long break. Starting with Align means you'll build confidence and control before anything is added. There's no being thrown in the deep end.

  • Our classes are designed to teach you how to move well and build strength that lasts. We understand what it's like starting from the beginning, and you won't be thrown in the deep end. Our instructors receive ongoing training in human movement and women's health, so every class you attend is backed by knowledge that goes well beyond the basics.
