For women who want to
move well, feel strong,
and stay that way
Our Pilates reformer and mat classes go beyond instruction — we teach you how your body works, build strength that carries into everyday life, and keep you moving independently for the long term.
WHO ARE WE
At Balanced, our Pilates instructors

Start with Align
Your first classes with us should be our Align classes. Whether you chose mat or reformer, our Align class will build the foundations — technique, control, and learning to move well. No experience needed.

REFORMER PILATES FAQ
-
Reformer Pilates classes are a low impact, whole body workout. You will improve your strength and mobility and learn to move well! Our reformer Pilates classes are suitable for those who have no current injuries, are comfortable getting up and down from the floor, can lie on their stomach, back, sides and be comfortable on their hands and knees. If you think reformer Pilates is not for you, you might want to try our Remedial Pilates or Equipment Pilates classes instead.
-
We recommend everyone start with our Foundation or Align class. These classes take things a little slower, paying more attention to form. After your class, you can chat to your instructor about when it would be suitable to take on our other classes.
-
