Our Beginner Reformer Course is designed for women who want to learn the essentials of Reformer Pilates in a supportive, small-group environment. Over four weeks, you’ll build confidence, learn how your body moves, and develop the foundations needed to join ongoing classes with ease.

What you’ll learn

Over four sessions you will:

  • Learn how to set up and use the Reformer safely

  • Understand key principles: posture, breath, alignment, pelvic stability, and core control

  • Practice foundational Reformer exercises safely and with precision

  • Build confidence to transition into our Align Reformer or Mat Pilates classes
