PILATES CLASSES - JERVIS BAY
and stay that way
Move well, feel strong,
Pilates classes for women at every life stage — supervised rehabilitation for injury and pain, and group classes to build strength for the long term. Backed by physiotherapy, every step of the way.
Built to keep you moving
Our physiotherapy model isn't built to treat you and send you on your way. We run classes with prevention in mind — helping you build strength for the long run and get back to the things you love.
That's why we offer two kinds of classes: Clinical classes, for women who need more support — working through pain, injury, or recovery — and Group classes, for women who are pain-free and want to keep moving well, with instructors trained to teach, not just instruct.
For injury & rehabilitation
Remedial Pilates
Physiotherapist-led, individually programmed rehabilitation. You work with a physiotherapist through your own program in a small group — more clinical oversight than a group class, more supported than doing it at home.
The right starting point if you're dealing with pain, recovering from injury or surgery, or need more guidance than a group class allows.

Reformer & Mat Pilates
Instructor-led reformer and mat classes designed around women's bodies — building strength and mobility that carries into everyday life. Whether you're chasing toddlers, walking with friends, or keeping up with whatever life brings, our classes are built to keep you moving well for the long term.
The right starting point if you're injury-free, looking to make movement a regular part of your week, and want to move well for the long term.

OUR DIFFERENCE
Part of a bigger picture
Our classes don't exist in isolation. From your first assessment through to your weekly class, everything connects — because our goal isn't just to get you better. It's to keep you there. Click each stage for more information.
Stage One
Physiotherapy
Assessment, diagnosis & treatment
We start by understanding what's going on — a thorough assessment to identify what your body needs and build a plan from there.
Stage Two
Remedial Pilates
Supervised, individualised rehabilitation
The bridge between individual treatment and independence — where your recovery builds real momentum, with your physiotherapist still in the room.
Stage Three
Group Pilates
Long-term strength & independence
When you're ready, you move into our Reformer or Mat classes — building long-term strength and the confidence to keep up with everything life brings.
Frequently asked questions
-
No referral needed for any of our services. You can book physiotherapy or Pilates classes directly. If you have a referral from your GP or specialist, bring it along — but it's not a requirement.
-
It depends on which class you're joining. Clinical classes require an initial physiotherapy assessment first — your physiotherapist needs to understand what's going on before programming your sessions. Group classes don't require an assessment if you're pain-free and injury-free. If you're not sure which side of that line you sit on, take our quiz (above) or book an assessment and we'll guide you.
-
Clinical classes are run by a physiotherapist, with an individual program written for you. You're working alongside others, but each woman is doing her own program. Group classes are instructor-led reformer or mat Pilates classes, where everyone follows the same class plan — taught by instructors trained to understand women's bodies. Clinical is for support and rehabilitation. Group is for ongoing strength and movement.
