We give you clarity so you can stop guessing, a plan so you can stop stalling, and the confidence to actually follow through — on your health, your movement, and yourself.

Kristy
-
Kristy was first introduced to Pilates in 2015 while completing her dance degree, where she began to appreciate the power of mindful movement. The way it made her feel - strong, grounded and connected - stayed with her, and in 2023, she followed that passion and became a certified instructor.
She holds certificates in both Reformer and Mat Pilates. Her movement background is extensive, with a Bachelor of Dance from AMPA, a Diploma in Classical Ballet (BBO), and a 200-hour yoga teaching certification from Suka Muka.
With a calm and encouraging teaching style, she loves supporting women in their 30s and beyond—especially those reconnecting with themselves after years of caring for others or focusing on work. She also has a soft spot for older women looking to stay strong, steady, and independent, and enjoys working with dancers and former dancers to support technique and reduce injury risk.
Her classes offer a welcoming space with gentle guidance, thoughtful programming, and a few laughs along the way. You can expect to feel supported, seen, and stronger—both during class and well after you leave the studio.

Lilly
-
Lilly discovered Pilates over 10 years ago after tagging along to a class with her mum — and instantly falling in love with it. What started as curiosity quickly became a passion when she experienced firsthand how transformative Pilates could be. Working as a chef, Lilly had struggled with frequent migraines and tension headaches from spending long hours bent over in the kitchen. Through Pilates, she developed strength, body awareness, and a stronger connection to her deep core, which helped significantly reduce her headaches and improve her overall wellbeing.
Inspired by the positive impact Pilates had on her own life, Lilly completed her instructor training through Studio Pilates International. She brings a warm, encouraging energy to every class and loves that Pilates is truly for everybody — from younger clients to older adults and prenatal women.
Known affectionately as the “smiling assassin,” Lilly’s classes are supportive, motivating, and designed to challenge clients in a way that still feels achievable. She is passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and enjoyment in movement, while creating an environment where everyone feels welcome and capable.
