Recovery done
properly
From your first two weeks postpartum and beyond — a structured pathway built around your body, not a generic timeline.
WHY BALANCED
What makes the difference
A thorough individual assessment of your pelvic floor, abdominal wall, and overall recovery — so you know exactly what's happening in your body.
CloseWhether you had a vaginal birth or a caesarean, our pathway gives you the answers and the roadmap to do this well — from the start.
ClosePelvic floor rehabilitation, hands-on treatment, tailored advice, referrals when you need them — whatever your recovery actually calls for, not what a generic program assumes it does.

Your questions, answered

-
Yes — we're set up for it. Bring your baby, your pram, whatever you need. We know getting out of the house in the early weeks is an achievement in itself.
-
We recommend a postnatal assessment from 6 weeks postpartum for most women. However, if you’re suffering from any pelvic floor symptoms or pain, we can see you anytime.
-
Not at all. Many women come simply for an assessment — a picture of their pelvic floor health, an abdominal wall assessment and a plan.
-
Yes — if you have extras cover that includes physiotherapy, you'll be able to claim your appointments. We recommend checking with your fund for your specific entitlements.
