BEGINNER REFORMER: 4-WEEK COURSE IN VINCENTIA, JERVIS BAY

A GUIDED, FOUR-WEEK INTRODUCTION TO MOVEMENT, CONTROL AND TECHNIQUE ON THE REFORMER.

Our Beginner Reformer Course is designed for women who want to learn the essentials of Reformer Pilates in a supportive, small-group environment. Over four weeks, you’ll build confidence, learn how your body moves, and develop the foundations needed to join ongoing classes with ease.

WHO THIS COURSE IS FOR:

This program is ideal if you:

  • are new to the Reformer or to Pilates

  • want to understand technique, alignment, and body awareness

  • prefer clear guidance and a steady, supportive pace

  • feel more comfortable starting with a structured introduction before joining regular classes

If you value learning how to move well — not just following along — this course is a great fit.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

Over four sessions you will:

  • Learn how to set up and use the Reformer safely

  • Understand key principles: posture, breath, alignment, pelvic stability, and core control

  • Practice foundational Reformer exercises safely and with precision

  • Build confidence to transition into our Align Reformer or Mat Pilates classes.
