Troubleshooting common problems when booking classes

  • The software will automatically assign your pass to your class when booking. If it is asking you to purchase a pass:

    1. Check that you are logged in

    2. Check that you have selected the correct class

    3. Check your pass has not expired

    4. Check you do not have more than one account (e.g. a different account with another email address).

  • The introductory offer is for new clients. If you haven’t been to our classes before, please email us and we can organise your pass.

  • Classes are available to book 14 days in advance.

  • Try and reset it at this link.

  • Check you have entered the relevant information:

    • you have entered your date of birth

    • you have entered your mobile number

    • you have checked the box for the waiver

    • you have signed the waiver

    • you have checked the box to agree to the cancellation policy

    • you have filled out the pre-exercise screening questionnaire
