Equipment Pilates classes are designed for those looking to improve their strength, movement, body awareness, stability and control.

it suits those who want to prevent injury, those with specific goals, or those who would like more attention to ensure correct Pilates technique. 


In our Equipment Pilates sessions, we utilise the Pilates large equipment - the Trapeze table, Reformer and Split Pedal Chair (Wunda Chair) as well as the small equipment and Pilates props. After attending an initial hour long consultation, a program is designed aligned with your goals and needs. Equipment Pilates are run in small groups (4 participants to 1 physiotherapist) and run for one hour. After your initial consultation you must attend at least one private session, then when you and your physiotherapist feel ready, you can progress into the Equipment Pilates class.

To gain the most from this class, like any other form of exercise, you need to do a series of classes over a period of time.

  • 6 x Equipment Pilates $240 (4:1, 6 month expiry)

  • 1 x Equipment Pilates $46 (4:1)

  • 12 x Equipment Pilates $456 (4:1, 6 month expiry)
