Term 2 MaT Pilates
Our mat Pilates classes are run by experienced and qualified instructors. They will take you through a flowing mat Pilates workout, strengthening the whole body whilst teaching you how to move well! To join our mat classes, you will need to be injury free, comfortable lying on the floor on your back, sides, stomach and doing exercises on your hands and knees. Our classes run in terms, with options to purchase a term pass or attend casually. Below, you will find all the information needed about joining for us with a term pass for term 2!
