EQUIPMENT PILATES CLASSES

Come and join us in our Equipment Pilates classes, where we use the Pilates large equipment - the Trapeze table, Reformer and Split Pedal Chair (Wunda Chair) as well as the small equipment and Pilates props. Our Equipment Pilates classes are semi-private sessions and are run in small groups (4:1). Your instructor will be there to assist you with the exercises, using the equipment and to ensure correct technique. These classes are great if you’re looking to improve your strength, prevent injury, would like more attention to assist with technique, or like the idea of trying the Pilates large equipment!

HOW TO JOIN OUR CLASSES

These classes are for you and not one person is exactly alike! Therefore, to get the most out of your classes at Balanced, it is important we start with a series of individual appointments.

We use these appointments to discuss your goals, past injuries and/or conditions and perform a physical assessment to see how you move! We teach you the exercises and the principles of Pilates.

The length of this initial process is different for each person, but usually we find the initial assessment, plus one to two follow ups is sufficient for most.

To get started, book an Equipment Class Assessment through the link below, or send us an enquiry. We can’t wait to get started!
