Our Pilates Reformer and mat classes are a low impact, whole body workout. You will improve your strength and mobility and learn to move well! Our reformer and mat Pilates classes are suitable for those who have no current injuries, are comfortable getting up and down from the floor, can lie on their stomach, back, sides and be comfortable on their hands and knees. If you think our group Pilates classes are not for you, you might want to try our Remedial Pilates classes instead.

Absolutely. We understand bodies that haven’t moved in a long time. Our instructors will guide you through everything. You don't need any previous experience.

Please bring a towel, water bottle and grip socks! If you forget your socks, we have some available to purchase in the studio. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your first session :)

We're in Vincentia, Jervis Bay. Our mat classes are held in our downstairs studio — Shop 3 & 4, Burton Street. Our reformer classes are held in our upstairs studio (above Phoebes Kitchen, next door).
